Tuesday, October 9 – Chamber Business after Hours and Annual Membership Meeting5:00 – 6:30 p.m.; hosted by Calhouns at the Marina, 4550 City Park Drive, Lenoir City.     Join us for our Annual Membership Meeting – we need all members to attend to vote on new Board of Director recommendations and Board officers.  Plus great food, great networking, door prizes and so much more!  Call 865-458-2067 for more information.

Thursday, October 25 – 30th Anniversary Chamber Gala6:00-9:00 p.m., The Venue at Lenoir City, 7690 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City.  Join us as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce!  Tickets are $30 per person, dress is business casual.  Sponsorships are available.  We are accepting Silent and Live Auction Items.  Reservations are required by calling 865-458-2067.

Tuesday, October 9 – Greenback Farmer’s & Craft Market:  10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Greenback Depot.

Thursday, October 11 – Loudon Candidate Town Hall Event:  Doors open 5 p.m.; event begins 6 p.m., Loudon High School Auditorium.  Free admission – presented by Loudon Business Association and WLNT 96.1 and 107.1.  Meet the candidates running for Loudon Mayor and Loudon City Council; hear candidate answers to questions from our community; and understand candidate positions on City issues.  Loudon residents and non-residents are welcome.  This event will be broadcast live on 96.1 WLNT and recorded for YouTube viewing at a later time. 

Thursday, October 18 – 3rd Thursday Music at Tate & Lyle Amphitheater:  Gates open at 7 p.m. with a performance by Ethan Vincil.  8 p.m., enjoy the music of Pale Root.  Admission $5.  For more information, contact Loudon Parks & Recreation at 865-458-7525.

Volunteers for Run LoCo needed!  The Loudon County Education Foundation is hosting a Marathon, Half Marathon, 5k and Kid’s Fun Run.  Volunteers are needed for November 30 and December 1, 2018.  Please contact Susan Fox sfox@lenoircityschools.net or Scott Mackintosh mackintoshs@loudoncounty.org to sign-up!  We will need hundreds of volunteers to support this event to support education in Loudon County!  See website www.runloco.net for more details.  Share and like www.facebook.com/runlocotn to help support the event!
