Saturday, July 13 – Free Spay/Neuter Vouchers:  10 a.m., Roane State/Library Bldg., 100 W Broadway, Lenoir City.  Loudon County residents only – Picture ID required.  Pets must be four months or older.  Vouchers are limited to pet owners earning less than $20,000/year individual or $30,000/year for household.

Friday, July 19 – Movies in the Park:  Join us at Lenoir City Park for a free outdoor movie for the entire family!  Pack some snacks, grab a blanket or chair, and come watch a movie with us!  Our feature for July is The Lego Movie 2, rated PG.  All movies begin at dusk.

Saturday, July 27, Sunday, July 28, & Monday, August 5 – 2019 Shoney’s KidCare Photo ID Event:  Saturday, July 27 – 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., West Town Mall, inside in front of JC Penney; Sunday, July 28 – Noon – 6 p.m., Foothills Mall in the Center Stage area; Monday, August 5 – 3 – 6 p.m., Jacob Building at Chilhowee Park, at Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs’ School Mania.  Now in its 25th year, Shoney’s KidCare Photo ID events will provide FREE KidCare Photo IDs for children, which enable parents to have information readily available for authorities in the event their child is ever reported missing.  The IDs include a color photograph, fingerprints, important information such as height, weight, and date of birth, a medical profile, the “Seven Rules for Safety”, and a 24-hour National Center for Missing an dExploited Children hotline number.  Each participant will also have the opportunity to visit with Shoney Bear.
